Return Policy
The Die Hard Brand LLC stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to love every purchase. Within 30 days of delivery, if you are unhappy with any non-custom, non-pre-order product for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was received or an item arrived damaged. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- Occasionally, the Distribution Center will be closed due to a holiday or our yearly physical inventory count. No orders will be processed or shipped when the Distribution Center is closed.
- Some items sold on our website require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. We comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
Custom Order Return Policy
All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, The Die Hard Brand does not accept returns or offer refunds.
If you receive an item with a production defect or error on our part, please contact us at sales@thediehardbrand.com and we will make it right.

FAQs
Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or any other order details. Please review all information carefully at checkout before completing your purchase. If you realize an error has been made, contact us immediately at sales@thediehardbrand.com — while we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do everything we can to assist if the order has not yet entered processing. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, no modifications can be made under any circumstances.
What do I do if I enter an incorrect shipping address on my order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot modify any portion of it including the shipping address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees required to resend the package. Refunds will not be issued for orders returned as undeliverable due to customer error. If you believe your package has been returned to us, please contact us at sales@thediehardbrand.com with your order number so we can assist you.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Once an order enters processing, we are unable to cancel or make modifications of any kind. If you need to request a cancellation before processing begins, please contact us immediately at sales@thediehardbrand.com with your order number. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a cancellation is approved, a 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-recoverable payment processing costs incurred at the time of purchase. Custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return once placed, regardless of processing status.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days, regardless of shipping service selected.
During holiday sales and other high-volume times, the processing time may be longer before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
